Re-brand project: Grover Accident Repair Centre

In mid-March I met-up with Scott Grover who owns and runs A.Grover Coachworks over in West Molesey.  The business was established in the 1970s and has built a very strong reputation in the market place for vehicle accident repairs.

When we first met, Scott was keen to build-up his presence on Google and attract more awareness from private customers, in addition to insurance companies where he is very well respected.  The challenge therefore was to drive more awareness from the general public.  My concern when we met was that the current website wasn't equipped to convert the additional traffic we were aiming to drive their way.

As a result,  it was likely that any additional budget we assigned for search engine marketing would therefore be wasted.  Over the coming days I worked with Kevin on the design side and we proposed a re-brand to help give the company a modern friendly appeal and remove the term 'coachworks' which was being mis-understood for working on coaches.

Over the coming weeks we worked closely with Scott and established a new brand to take the company forward and we were delighted with how quickly he embraced it for the business (as you'll see below).

Naturally the challenge now is to drive relevant leads in to the business via our marketing plan but we really look forward to working with Scott and everyone at Grover Accident Repair Centre, West Molesey.
