I just got duped in to partaking in the LinkedIn survey when I visited this morning. It was a 3 question survey and at the end asked me if I wanted an iPhone, MacBook air or iPad2...needless to say it was just a rouse to take me through to some game where you get involved in a questions competition by text at £3 a go!
Do LinkedIn really need to associate themselves with this type of activity? It cheapened the brand/service substantially for me as a result of this experience. Perhaps it would have been different if I said LinedIn was my favourite networking site rather than facebook!
